I have to say, the room was one of the best we have ever stayed in, it was clean, had excellent views, and felt quite fancy. However, the lack of a fan for the shower was a bit odd even with a vent above it.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was awesome, very clean, and exceptionally comfortable, one of the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly, and a particular staff member made us feel very welcome with their wonderful hospitality and smile. The location was central and perfect for exploring key areas of Adelaide city. The dining experience was just okay, nothing special, but overall, it was a great stay.
My stay in the King Superior Room was very pleasant, clean, and presentable. While it was advertised to have a view, our 'view' was basically the carpark of the building opposite, so no hills or city lights. The room was clean, great location, appreciated the room being ready early, and the airport pick-up service.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The premium twin rooms had a huge bathroom, but the small and very dirty windows were disappointing. The location was both a plus and a minus being outdoors on the 10th floor, making it incredibly windy. However, it was convenient with a great view from our room. The dining experience was a bit overpriced and the meaty pizza lacked freshness, but the staff service was decent despite poor English proficiency.
